1st poster, change "is" to uppercase so the lowercase i dot is removed. Maybe play with adding a ?! after Theatre as well.
2nd poster, remove leaves and use just the single leaf, as i have in my logo proposal, which can be taken from the apple used in our preliminary designs. match the color to orange, and hang off to the left so it doesnt bump into the T in theatre. Maybe play with removing the top Applebox theatre bar and making the other part larger. Just a thought.
the only parts that are really gray are the top and bottom bars... the text is actually black but when i saved as a jpeg it turned gray for some reason...

i can change the leaves but i dont think changing it to orange looks good then it doesnt really look like an orange
